This is my first set, so let me know if you get use out of these items, or they have any issues.

Includes penalty grass variants of the low and high rally roads, and sand variants of the rally castle blocks, as well as the low and high roads.

I don't know how to make the sand texture dynamically change when placing multiple next to one another like the default penalty tech roads, so I added multiple variants intended for placing 1, 2, and 3 or more next to one another (labelled Penalty, PenaltyEnd, and PenaltyMiddle).

Note: This set only includes air variants of the blocks.
