Magnet variants of normal road blocks, using Flink's method to save file space ('light').

USE THE SECOND BLOCK MODE ( + Air mode sometimes); Needs to be build over the original block to have the borders

Update 26/03/23: Added the new tilt curve out blocks, and removed invisible barriers from all blocks. Update 29/03/2023: Added the new penalty, hole, and tilt-to-flat chicane blocks. (Due to connecting penaly weirdness, the custom blocks for these are at the hole blocks) Update 14/09/2023: Added the new narrow blocks. Update 23/05/24: Added the new diag chicane blocks.
