This set is a port of TMN's inflatable buidling.

There are two versions for the top and bottom part.

The first one you'll see in the editor is "Platform lvl" where the most bottom part would fitt onto a platform, while the top part of the buidling is flush with road and platform blocks, allowing you to place checkpoints right into the building floor.

The other is "Ground lvl" where the bottom connects to the grass and the top part would allow road blocks to be placed upon it, just like TMN used to do it.
