I made a new set with some transitional items.

Updated the textures of the Grass, Concrete, Plastic and Support blocks so they allign properly. Have fun :)

The set has following features:

You can use the ingame coloring method to change the color of the Plasticblocks and Woodblocks.

You can change the color of the glass by editing the item and selecting CustomGlass as the material. After that, select your desired color.

You can flip the items upside down to allign them with the upper part of a FlatToTilted Block. Placing one on each side creates a smooth transition down AND up.
